Calm Canine Program – Terms and Conditions

 These are the terms and conditions for participation in the Calm Canine Program, a hybrid program that includes one-on-one and group coaching, in-person and virtual sessions provided by The Mindful Canine / Miranda Wimbush (herinafter referred to as "Coach")

The 12-week Calm Canine Program includes:

• An initial 90-minute Intuitive Connection Session with Coach
   
• Six 1-hour follow-up sessions
   
• Access to the Calm Canine online learning area
   
• Daily Coach-in-your-pocket support via WhatsApp
   
• Lifetime access to the VIP Client Group
   
• Three-month Soulful Dog Mama Circle membership for those who identify as Dog Mama's
   

The overall program cost is $1395.00 tax included which the participant agrees to pay in full.

All sessions must be used within a 12 week period starting from the date of enrollment, after which any unused sessions will be null and void.

Coach agrees to provide private lessons for the participant on a lesson-by-lesson basis, aiming to teach the participant how to work with their dog. Lessons may take place at the participant's home or virtually via Zoom.

Coach will make every reasonable effort to help achieve training and behaviour modification goals but makes no guarantee of the dog’s performance or behaviour.

Participants agree to follow Coach’s instructions without modification, work with their dog as recommended, and provide a nurturing environment necessary for success.

If a participant fails to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or is not present at a scheduled appointment, the session will still be counted and fees are due.

Participants agree to allow photos and/or videos of their dog to be used by Coach for promotional or educational purposes, without fees or royalties.

Participants understand that dog training activities carry inherent risks to people, dogs, and property. Participants assume all risk of damage or injury to any person, animal, or property resulting from participation in the program.

Participants agree to hold Coach harmless for any injury, damage, or behaviour incidents during or after training sessions. Participants agree to disclose any training, behavioural, or health concerns and assume responsibility for their dog’s actions.

The Calm Canine Program includes energy healing and intuitive connection support for both you and your dog. This support is not a replacement for medical, mental health, or veterinary care.

For the human portion of the program, participants should consult their healthcare provider or mental health professional regarding any physical, emotional, or psychological challenges.

For the dog portion of the program, participants should consult their veterinarian regarding any medical, behavioral, or health concerns.

Participants understand that energy healing and coaching services are complementary in nature and do not replace professional medical or veterinary advice or treatment.

Coach reserves the right to terminate participation if a participant becomes uncooperative or abusive. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Participant privacy and confidentiality are important. Coach will never share or sell personal information without explicit consent. Photos and/or videos will be reviewed with participants prior to use.

These terms and conditions may only be amended in writing, signed by both Coach and participant.
